WBOS do not charge a booking fee on top of the cost of your ticket for tickets purchase via telephone or post. The Box Office request a SAE (Stamped, Addressed Envelope) sent along with your payment. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded. A booking fee will apply to tickets purchased from the Grand Theatre or TicketSource.
